Ms. Fabian has over 20 years of employment law experience. She analyzes the often competing interests of employees and management, listens openly to both sides and offers workable solutions that efficiently resolve conflicts and keep the parties out of the courtroom.
By employing her extensive background, experience and training, she quickly builds consensus and facilitates resolution.
Ms. Fabian trained in Mediation at Pepperdine Law School’s Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution. She served as 2004 Chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section and is a frequent lecturer and trainer on employment law.

Fee Schedule
- Full Day: $ 4800.00 (8 hours)
- Half Day: $ 2800.00 (4 hours)
- All payments are refundable with 7 days' notice of cancellation. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
